Train Tragedy: Two Teenagers Acquitted

Two alleged muggers, accused of chasing a victim onto railway tracks where he was fatally struck by a 100 mph express, were dramatically acquitted of manslaughter yesterday after the trial judge ruled the evidence was too weak.

Apprentice electrician Lewis Ghessen, 22, (pictured) had run into Harrow and Wealdstone station at 8.40pm and sprinted along the platform, telling the operator he feared for his life and was being pursued by "mad guys," Isleworth Crown Court was told.

Dominic Morris, 19, of Leavesden Road, Watford and a 16 year-old Harrow youth were found not guilty of manslaughter and attempting to rob Mr. Ghessen on September 25, last year on the direction of the Recorder of Kensington and Chelsea Judge Richard McGregor-Johnson.

A post mortem revealed the dead man had been drinking heavily that day and smoked cannabis. Traces of ecstasy and amphetamine were also found in his blood.

"An allegation of manslaughter is a serious allegation, but a charge in these circumstances is technical and difficult to prove" Judge McGregor-Johnson told the jurors.

"In my view the evidence of the prosecution does not reach the necessary level of a case to answer on either of these two counts and the defendants have to be found not guilty."

The ecstasy readings were so high they could not be calculated.

IRISH IN BRITAIN REPRESENTATION GROUP (IBRG)

Dear Readers/People,

In Common Law, Trial by Jury, this is a clear cut case where a public servant, Judge, interfered with the due process of JUSTICE by reaching/ordering the VERDICT for the 'TRIAL JURY' in a NINE DAY trial: -

'judge' Richard McGregor-Johnson breached his jurisdiction by DICTATING and ORDERING the JURORS as follows: "An allegation of manslaughter is a serious allegation, but a charge in these circumstances is technical and difficult to prove"

"In my view the evidence of the prosecution does nit reach the necessary level of a case to answer on either of these two counts and the defendents have to be found not guilty"

Members of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) were in court and witnessed, 'Judge' McGregor-Johnson, abuse his position by hijacking the NINE DAY Trial by Jury hearing and ORDERED that HIS not guilty (sic) verdicts, on two counts, be entered in the case.

Trial by Jury is democracy and Trial by Judge is TYRANNY! - And justice delayed is justice DENIED!

The Ghessen family, who are Irish, were told by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) that they could NOT appeal the decision of 'Judge' McGregor-Johnson: -

This, when 'Judge' McGregor-Johnson should be arrested by the POLICE and prosecuted by the CPS for abusing public office, waisting NINE DAYS of court time, costs to the taxpayer, persecution of the bereaved Irish family and perverting the course of JUSTICE.

People, you are looking at the START of a CAMPAIGN for a RETRIAL and JUSTICE for the Ghessen family.

Therefore, we need your support to get these ROBBERS and MURDERERS off of our STREETS immediately, as they have clearly shown themselves to be a SERIOUS DANGER to members of the public.

I will keep you updated, by whatever means possible, as I am authorised by the Ghessen family to EXPOSE the abuse of process and win them Common Law JUSTICE, Trial by Jury, which is the law of the LAND.

Yours truthfully,

PS. Contrary to what is being reported there were SIX thugs involved in this robbery and murder.

PPS. McDonalds in Harrow and Wealdstone, called the POLICE at 8:00pm to disperse this GANG as they were interfering with their custimers. Unfortunately the police never responded to this call, which has enabled gangs of ROBBERS to congregate in Harrow and Wealdstone, without disturbance, and pick off members of the public going about their lawful business.

Why are you trying to portray Lewis as a law abiding citizen when In fact he had brought himself so many illegal drugs that day he was off his face his own friends stood in court and explained that he was out trying to score more drugs so he was hardly innocent and if anyone wants to read up about this case all court records are public and you can see for your selves why this case was dismissed no evidence no case face facts he was on drugs and made a poor decision that lead to his death

The truth said...

The drugs killed him stop trying to blame others for his poor choices He was off his head on drugs hardly a law abiding citizen
