Woman Accused Of Nicking Porsche She 'Bought' On Finance

A woman acused of nicking an expensive Porsche sports car she acquired on finance has appeared in court.

Tania Stultz, 29, of Albany Road, Chislehurst is accused of leaving the lender £30,000 out of pocket.

She appeared at Bromley Magistrates Court and was bailed to Croydon Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on August 17.

Stultz faces one charge of stealing the Porsche Cayenne, valued at £49,564.43, belonging to Money Barn Ltd. on October 7, 2014.

She signed a finance agreement for the black vehicle in January, 2014, paying a £14,000 deposit and made her £756.69 monthly repayments for the next ten months.

The direct debit was canceled and Money Barn Ltd. reported her to the police.

When questioned by officers Stultz denied theft.

The vehicle was recovered after being found by chance in Bexleyheath by a police officer.
